We have bought and sold 4 different homes over the last 10 years across the US. The service and professionalism we experienced with our last house sell in was by far the smoothest transition. Annette understood my time certain delivery attitude and either met and/or exceeded all expectations. My home was competitively priced while still allowing us to hit our equity goals thanks to Annette's experienced recommendations. The relocation company I was assigned by my company strongly advised me not to work with an agent that had not gone through their process before of which I chose to anyway. While Annette was not familiar with the relocation company process, her commitment to her profession ensured a seamless and transparent transition. Annette helped my wife and I with our first home purchase using a VA loan. She was so optimistic the entire time and helped us find a house that fits us perfectly. Thanks to her knowledge of the mortgage system, she helped us know what to expect which helped along the process of getting the loan and allowed us to close very quickly! Even though I was very nervous to purchase a house in today’s market, she made the whole process very easy and helped us find a home that was well within our price range and was easily approved by the VA.

Annette has been amazing! Annette was that person!! I pulled the trigger and within about 3 or 4 days, she had our home staged, photographed and on the market, lickity split! She's got a background in mortgages which gives her an advantage in asking all the right questions when it comes to making the right choice in offers! I highly recommend her!!

I met Annette at an open house. I was under the gun to purchase a home. Unfortunately I had already signed a different realtor. When I sold my house I knew Annette was the right choice.. Best choice I ever made.
Annette is absolutely amazing! She thoroughly listens to what you want and need. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we didn’t settle and got the home we truly loved within our budget. I also really appreciated she took the time to educate us on the in’s and out’s of what the process looks like and the “why” behind some of the craziness involved in the home buying process so that we didn’t feel overwhelmed. Annette filled in for our regular realtor last week & showed us some homes. She was so knowledgeable & personable! It felt like we had worked with her for months, not just meeting her that day. Annette took the time to sit with us and go over things after looking at the houses & was even trying to find some other houses we may be interested in. My husband & I were really impressed!

This was my first time buying a home and it was an absolute pleasure to have Annette as my first Realtor!!! She guided me through the entire process with ease and answered every question I had about this new home buying process. She has this easy, friendly demeanor... which meant that she didn't try to pressure me into buying any house that I didn't absolutely love!! She was extremely knowledgeable about dealing with the VA loan process and knew which things would most likely need fixing before the appraiser came and had the previous owner fix the easy stuff!!
